These terms cover this website and its waitlist. They are deliberately short, because at the moment this site does exactly two things: it describes something being built, and it takes an email address.
There is no service yet
Everything on the home page describes what Spargo is intended to do. None of it is available to use today. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, a subscription, a reservation, or a contract for any service. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell anything.
What joining the waitlist gets you
Email about Spargo as it is built, and word when it opens to its first users. Nothing else is sent to that address, and you can leave the list whenever you like. In particular, joining does not entitle you to:
- access on any particular date, or at all;
- a place in any queue, or a position within it;
- any specific price, discount, free tier, or trial;
- any feature, platform or integration mentioned on this site.
Plans change while a thing is being built. What ships may differ from what is described here, and some of it may never ship.
We may close the waitlist
The waitlist can be paused or closed at any time and without notice. Whatever happens to it, the addresses on it are handled as set out in Privacy.
Using this site
Please submit only your own email address, and only addresses you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to flood the form, script it, probe it, or otherwise interfere with the site. Entries that look automated or fraudulent are removed without notice.
No warranties
This site is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, incomplete, or wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything described on it — including any decision you make in anticipation of Spargo becoming available.
Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
Our content
The Spargo name, the mark, the text and the design of this site belong to us. Platform names and logos shown on the home page belong to their respective owners and appear only to indicate intended support; their presence implies no affiliation with or endorsement by them.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top will change with them. Continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.
